Notice Regarding the Resale of "Kyoto Aquarium Bonbon Drop Stickers" from August 17th (Mon) to September 4th (Fri)

Kyoto Aquarium will be reselling its exclusive "Kyoto Aquarium Bonbon Drop Stickers" from August 17th (Monday) to September 4th (Friday), 2026, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. To prevent overcrowding, this product will not be displayed and sold at the store. Please purchase a digital reservation ticket in advance through the electronic ticketing system "Webket". For details, please see "How to Purchase" below.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who wish to purchase the product, and we appreciate your cooperation so that more people can enjoy the product.

■Digital reservation ticket sales start date

August 10, 2026 (Monday), 0:00 AM (midnight)

* Tickets can be purchased starting at midnight one week prior to each day.
* You can obtain one reservation ticket per person each day.
*Limited quantities available; while supplies last.

■How to purchase ①Please purchase a digital reservation ticket via Webket starting one week before your desired visit date.
Please note that a separate admission ticket or annual pass is required for entry.

② To purchase Bonbon Drop stickers, please come to the manned ticket counter on the 1st floor between 2 PM and 4 PM. We will verify your digital reservation and give you a paper purchase voucher.

③ Please present your purchase voucher at the cash register in the museum shop on the 1st floor, state the number of items you wish to purchase, and make your payment. Purchases are accepted until 5:30 PM. Please keep the receipt you receive at the time of purchase.

④ Between 5 PM and 6 PM, please present your receipt at the Bonbon Drop sticker pick-up counter on the 2nd floor at "Communication Hall" to receive your product.

*Please note that if you lose your purchase voucher or receipt, your purchase will be invalid.

■ Notes

You can enter at any time during opening hours. Re-entry is also permitted.

・You can purchase up to 5 Bonbon Drop stickers per digital reservation ticket.

・An admission ticket or annual pass is required to enter the building.

• If you wish to purchase Bonbon Drop stickers, an additional fee (660 yen per sticker, including tax) will be required.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer reasons.

Only those who have obtained a digital reservation ticket via Webket can purchase Bonbon Drop stickers. They will not be sold separately at the museum shop, so please refrain from contacting the aquarium regarding product availability.
