For those who purchased online tickets
- On certain days during Obon, Golden Week, and Silver Week, you can specify the date and time. On other days, you can only specify the date.
- Tickets can be purchased 30 days prior to your visit.
- You will be allowed entry at least one minute after purchase.
- Please present the two-dimensional barcode sent to your registered email address at the entrance gate.
- Even if it is within the sales period, it will end as soon as it runs out.
- If it is busy, you may have to wait or you may not be able to purchase on the day.
Purchase at the ticket machine (same-day tickets only)
If you wish to purchase tickets on the day of your visit, you can also use the ticket vending machine at the entrance of the building.
*Tickets will not be available at ticket vending machines for dates and times when online tickets are sold out.

- Tickets will not be available at ticket vending machines for dates and times when online tickets are sold out.
- Tickets are not sold at the counter. Please use the ticket vending machine.
- Sales last one hour before closing.
- Please note that we are limiting the number of visitors, so even if you come, you may not be able to enter.
Those using various discounts
If you are a Relo Club, Benefit One, JAF member, disability certificate holder, or annual passport holder, please come to the ticket counter to use the discount for accompanying persons.

- The period that can be extended by one renewal is one year from the day after the expiration date.
