- The exemption certificate is attached to the application form for school groups on the official website. It is not necessary to submit it if the group does not include students with disability certificates or students in special needs schools (classes).
- Please submit a separate exemption form in advance.

Handling of admission fees for the museum
Payment target
We will only pay the agency fee if you use a tourist ticket (coupon) issued by a travel agency that has a tourist ticket contract with our hotel.

For those considering group use
For customers who wish to view the property
- Please make a reservation in advance. (If you come to inspect the property without making a reservation, we will not be able to accept your inspection.)
- Depending on the congestion situation, we may not be able to hold a meeting.
- Free admission for preview visits is limited to the group organizer (adult). (Any accompanying persons other than the organizer will be charged admission.)
- Staff will not provide guidance within the building.
About the day
On the day, please speak to a member of staff near the entrance.
Requests for visitors
- Depending on the level of congestion when you arrive or if you arrive late for your reservation, it may take some time before you can enter.
- You may use Iruka Stadium for lunch, but we cannot reserve spaces in advance or on the day.

After checking availability, please submit a special application form by fax or mail, and your reservation will be completed once we receive a reply.

We have prepared a workbook called "Exciting Discovery! Kyoto Aquarium animals Book" to help you learn about the animals while touring the aquarium. It also comes with animals stickers to stick on as you observe, as well as explanations. By the time you've completed the "animals Book," you'll have acquired knowledge about animals that you'll want to tell someone about tomorrow.
