We will only pay the agency fee if you use a tourist ticket (coupon) issued by a travel agency that has a tourist ticket contract with our hotel.

Please check the following information for groups in advance.

For customers who wish to view the property

  • Please make a reservation in advance. (If you come to inspect the property without making a reservation, we will not be able to accept your inspection.)
  • Depending on the congestion situation, we may not be able to hold a meeting.
  • Free admission for preview visits is limited to the group organizer (adult). (Any accompanying persons other than the organizer will be charged admission.)
  • Staff will not provide guidance within the building.

About the day

On the day, please speak to a member of staff near the entrance.

Requests for visitors

  • Depending on the level of congestion when you arrive or if you arrive late for your reservation, it may take some time before you can enter.
  • You may use Iruka Stadium for lunch, but we cannot reserve spaces in advance or on the day.
